Quality inspection process:

1.Raw material testing

a. Outlook checking: scratching or not

b. Circuit testing: well connected or not

c. Color testing: RGB color displaying

d. LEd leakage testing

e. Led backlight testing

f. Flash testing

g. Shaking testing

2. Assemble:

a. Clear all the material and move to dust-free workshop

b. Assamble with gloves and antistatic tool

c. Move to aging room,more than 24 hours testing.

3. Last step quality checking:

a. First,the same as raw material testing

b. Test the playing effect.

c. Testing the software compatible or not
